DAVID SMITH Design + Build projects include the Truman Home and Hollywood Cinematography Building. With 40 years of experience, our Design + Build firm is capable of handling large residential projects and commercial projects. Also, we have the project management systems and experienced crews needed to operate numerous remodeling jobs simultaneously.
Los Angeles native David Smith graduated from Ascension| Lutheran High School. He has extensive experience as a General Contractor in the Los Angeles area. He has expert knowledge of building design, remodeling and new construction and is a noted pioneer in the field of ADU construction and is well versed in the new regulations and legislation favorable to these projects.

Custom Design Remodeling
DAVID SMITH Design + Build offers free initial design consultations for all of our clients. Carefully reviewing clients’ design concepts and requests, we work through their options for structural specifics including windows, doors, materials, colors and more.
We can work with existing blueprint concepts if needed or we can mock up designs completely from scratch. We also provide alterations to existing designs. Our design services are available for all structures from residential to commercial and industrial

DAVID SMITH Design + Build provides the highest quality residential and commercial general construction services to our clients. From start to finish, we cover everything from soil samples to permit processing, construction, and inspections. Our administrative services handle all necessary subcontracting work as well.
